Chicken was a bit over cooked for my liking. Extra crunchy and dry. Stood at front counter way too long. Employees walked by but never acknowledged. Then when they took my order it was all wrong, like they didnt even listen to me, only part right way "to go".
Been in your drive thru for almost an hr there was only two cars in front of me
I got the fish special on Friday. It was delicious.
My family and I were literally the only people in the drive through the entire experience and were informed after paying that it would be a 7 minute wait. Waited 19 minutes for the driest, stringiest, most overcooked, and unattended chicken strips consisting of 90% breading, 10% chicken, mushy corn, and raw biscuits and rolls. My first and last visit to a Chicken Express 😕, had I known what it’d taste like, I would have starved happily.
