I domt know why there is so many complaints. I've eaten here for years and have never had a problem with their food or service.
I used to love chicken express and would often go. But this time it has been a complete disappointment. The chicken was very hard as it had been refried to the point that it couldn’t even be eaten. The bread has a really strange taste to it. The fried pickle side was also refried probably gave me old food and just refried it. I spent $18 on a plate that ended in the trash as it was not eatable. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! Don’t waste your money it’s better to go somewhere else.
