I spent $16 for chicken that was cooked in burnt grease and served to me slightly warmer than room temperature. I will not be returning....
Placed an order for the first time today for pick up. Our food was fresh and everything was delicious! The gizzards were very good if you are looking for them. We will be back.

I’m not Chicken Express person but others are so I go. But personally the service is great I just am more for homemade tasting potatoes and gravy probably my only complaint. The chicken is good.
