Good food,but not so.good for diabetics.
I don't usually change my rating or opinion very often. In this case I felt it was warranted. Basically had a bad experience last week and left a brief review of the event. The owner Jonathan reached out and made the situation right. He is a great guy. I cannot fault him in any of this. He is straightening it out, and has more than earned our business back.
This Chicken Express did such a great job getting all of our meals ready for our field trip to Granbury, TX! We took the campers here after our tour of Fossil Rim which is close by this location. The staff assisted in passing out the meals for the kids and putting ice in all of their cups. The meals were ready upon our arrival, and the staff was friendly and attentive. Ordered at drive thru, had us park to wait for fresh food which was fine. They 6 or 7 kids working well taking up space would be more accurate. Long story short HD to return 3 times to get our order correct. Should have known better than to go here but wife wanted it. By the time we got it straight it was cold and tasted like old oil. The only bright spot in this visit was Riley, the young lady who was working the first window. She went out of her way to help us make things right.
