I really like this chicken, but I was very disappointed to see that me and my family were served cold and probably old chicken. I waited about 8-10 minutes and only the fries were fresh. It would be nice that people were served fresh food even if they have to wait. Probably won't be buying this again unless it's during lunch time

First things first, the drive-thru experience was terrible. Every time I tried to place my order, the employee kept cutting me off and asking, “Is that it?” before I could finish. After I received my food, I specifically asked about the extra gravy I had ordered. The employee assured me it was in the bag. I got all the way home, across town, only to find that it wasn’t there. Every time we order from this place, they mess up our order. Where's the fish we order fish and got fried breading. This time we order fries and okra. We didn't get it in our order.

Um , completely empty and still put me on hold for a long time ,so I left. Place has gone down since they have a bunch of homies working together. Another place that's probably going to close down.
