** charge 50 cent convenience, but not posted***&Tried again. Still lousy service. Very very long wait. It's been nine minutes and I am the only one here...waiting. the person that took my order had walked over to seven eleven and bought cigarettes and the other employee is outside smoking.

Updated review-while the service has gotten somewhat better, their ability to provide timely service is an issue. I waited over 30 minutes for two breadt a leg and fries! You've got multiple fryers! Use them! Also, when I placed my order, they did not set the expectation that we would be waiting over 30 minutes for chicken. I was not the only one, and people got tired of waiting and left. The rudest people that work here that has made fun of my eye and that was the manager and the other one that works in the back is very rude people on September 9 next time I see yall you going to remember my face cause I use to come to yall like family but nope I am good now thanks to the manager and the worker in the back

This is my go-to place for chicken livers and gizzards—they're always great. However, I've noticed that the quality of their regular chicken seems to have gone down lately. It almost seems like they're using frozen chicken now, which is a real disappointment compared to how it used to be.
