We waited for almost 40 minutes in the drive through for our food. There was only 2 cats ahead of us who had waited there just as long, if not longer. By the time we got our food, it was not hot. There was no apology for the long wait. The food was alright but again, nearly cold. It almost seemed like they cooked each ma one at a time, but apparently not as our food again, wasn't fresh. I have been here twice and both times had exceptional customer service! I never want to eat anywhere else because they spoil you by being so kind here!
I went here a while back and spent $60 on a 20 piece tenders and 2 family sides. They gave me the sides and rolls, but they gave me no tenders I did a complaint and they never even gave me a call back then
