Let me start by saying I'm not coming here again! I came in a few days ago for lunch after a long drive. I had ordered chicken(bone in) and to my surprise it was super greasy. I've been to other locations before and I've never received chicken so greasy like that day. My dr pepper was flat also. The mashed potatoes had very little gravy and i had to ask for more. Hands-down, the worst chicken express I’ve ever gotten in my life. It was absolutely disgusting. I had to throw it away. I’m gonna have to go somewhere else and eat now because the food was so terrible and I typically love chicken express it was just this location sucks. I think the only solution is to fire everybody. Something is terribly wrong here. Food shouldn’t be this awful.
