My favorite fast food chicken. The staff there are very respectful and take my spouse's allergy needs very seriously. When mistakes happen, and they only happen very rarely, they do an amazing job of taking it serious and professional and making it right.
Ridiculous wait time. When I ordered, no one mentioned there was an issue. Once I was trapped in the drive-thru line for over 15 minutes with no way to get out, I finally called the store. That’s when I was told they were short staffed, didn’t have enough people packing orders, and were out of certain food items. That information should have been communicated before taking orders, especially since I only ordered drinks. The amount of employees they have working without their hair tied back is disturbing. None of them wear gloves and they definitely have zero customer service skills.
Ordered the 7-piece tender meal at the drive thru. Got home and there were only 5 tenders rather than 7. Pretty easy to count how many tenders you put in a box. Just poor service.
