We normally eat at Lisa's Chicken, but they were closed, so we tried this place out. The food tasted like old, nasty grease. The prices were double what I expected. They refused to cook gizzards.

I just left and I just have to share, who ever was working the drive through tonight was simply incredible. I haven’t opened my food or anything yet and it doesn’t matter, because service will always out preform food. What a breath of fresh air to have such a friendly, clearly joy filled person at the window. It’s a rare. Young adult with kind of shaggy hair, give him a raise. I have been going here for many years. Tonight was absolutely the worst. Placed on order and got home and no gravy. I went back and the kid just dumped it into containers and shuck it up and got home and more than half of the gravy was in the bag. 3/15/25: Gave it another try. 6pm cars lined up for food. Arrived finally thru drive thru to pay. Got 2 thighs and 1 breast (not a combo). Took home and not only were the pieces like from a minature chicken, but the fried batter part was dark and chicken dry and tough like it had been sitting there for hours. How can this happen with that many being served? I did not see one adult in the kitchen. Cashier must have been twenty maybe. I also had a family order of cold fried okra. Are there new owners? Did not use to be like this.
