This location: 1606 S. cooper Arlington Tx.. Came to order food and food was cold and was asked to pull up and was told only 7 mins wait. There were 4-5 cars in the drive thru and all of the cars were gone by the time I got my food. I waited over 15 mins for food and then to get it dry and dark spots on it..ridiculous service. The rolls we ate yesterday were too dry, but at least the chicken was good.

My son only eats chicken express and peanut butter sandwiches so we get CE a lot weekly. We cannot eat here anymore because they have added spicy to their menu and must cook it in the same grease because he keeps saying it’s hot. Going to see if Collins CE has the same issue. No way going to the one by Arlington High because the chicken is skinny and old grease. This 6 year old kid needs to eat something else because CE is getting too difficult. We are on our 4th year of eating only CE

Sadly it's run by kids and it shows. Unprofessional, unprepared and poorly served. I'd rather drive to the Chicken E on Collins and Bardin better everything all around.
