WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALER. dropped my vehicle off with a list of 6 warranty repairs to be done. Got it back 104 days later with only one of the items addressed. Terrible communication skills. Constantly giving misinformation. Worst dealer experience I have ever had.
Bought a car there … well needless to say I had the car for 4 days check engine light came on… took it to O’Reilly the scan showed stored check engine codes. Took it to them they stated they will not fix the $900+ part….. now I have had the car 2 months and I’ve had 2 more serious issues with the car. This car has been nothing but ISSUE AFTER ISSUE. They claim that they did a full check/inspection on the car I doubt it
Worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with! I’ve dealt with some bad ones but this one is by far the worst! Truck broke down roughly 4 months ago. Called dealership because it had 3 open recalls. Service department told us they’d order the parts for the recalls but not to bring the truck till the parts came in since it wasn’t running. Parts came in a week or so later so we towed the truck up there and that’s when the circus started. They told me they thought within about a week they could have all 3 recalls done.
