We purchased our vehicle in February and before we drove off with the vehicle the “owner” said he ordered key fobs off Amazon and they would be in in about a week and then they would get it programmed to my new vehicle due to the only one they had is in bad shape and we wanted to have a spare key and it would be free of charge. Worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with! I’ve dealt with some bad ones but this one is by far the worst! Truck broke down roughly 4 months ago. Called dealership because it had 3 open recalls. Service department told us they’d order the parts for the recalls but not to bring the truck till the parts came in since it wasn’t running. Parts came in a week or so later so we towed the truck up there and that’s when the circus started. They told me they thought within about a week they could have all 3 recalls done.
