I was at the browns training camp chick-fil-A I was in line for 20 mins as soon I got to the table they was out of chicken, spicy chicken sandwich was told to come back in 30 mins OK so I came back waited for another 20 mins then got to the table only thing they got was salads he said we'll have to wait again for 45 mins to get some more there so I decided to take my business elsewhere I'm not gonna have my kids wait another 45 mins to get something to eat..............
Very busy. But extremely fast service and greAt food and atmosphere!

We stopped today on our road trip home to IL. Trenton took our order and he was incredibly kind to my whole family. We were very tired from being in the car for quite a while, so we were having a hard time getting our order together. He was very patient, gave us extra buffalo sauce when he heard that was our favorite, and then took the time to find out where we had gone on vacation and chatted with us about it. Quality service and kindness on tired travelers �
Enjoyed a great breakfast! Staff was very accommodating and everything was delicious!!! Can’t wait to come back!!
As we were leaving tonight it started to pour outside so my husband went to get the car and all of a sudden a young man comes out with an umbrella and walks me and my toddler to the car. What a sweet gesture by one of your employees!
Always impressed with the efficiency at The Strongsville location. There are always long lines in the drive-thru due to the popularity of the restaurant but everything runs so quick and smoothly. It’s truly impressive. And my order is always correct food is always hot and fresh.
Had the absolute BEST experience here today! First time being here it was our weekly mommy kid play date and we were greeted and helped immediately with getting a table together. The staff was pleasant the manager was amazing we had great food and a great time there was 11 of us and it was lunch time so they were pretty busy but they made sure we were taken care of and showed amazing work ethic!!!
These guys are on top of it during lunch rush! Great jobs guys, keep it up!
