The staff has been a blessing each time we have gone into the store. Katelyn was welcoming and patient from the first time we walked in. Honestly, there has never been a bad experience. They serve, refill, and welcome with a happy face and pleasant attitude every time we walk in. Thanks Chick-fil-A Strongsville!!!
So we were supposed to come Tuesday for lunch, but I couldn't find our calendar cards to get the free deal of the month. Searched high and low all week for them. Tore my purse apart three times looking, even called the store to have them check lost and found. Came to lunch today anyway, and the owner was there working just as hard as everyone else. Sweetest staff, clean facilities, generous with their offerings (refills, table service, etc),and best of all, complimentary Thursday morning breakfast!! Can't say enough about this location!!
