Spent $35 here and had a really frustrating experience. I specifically asked if there was ketchup in my bag before leaving and was told yes—there wasn’t. By the time I realized, I was already 10 minutes away and couldn’t turn around. When I called, the only solution offered was to come back or maybe get a free sandwich if I happened to return sometime in the future.
