We went to this area to visit a friend in the local hospital this evening. We wanted to eat here and were greatly disappointed in pretty much every area possible sad to say. The restaurant was very dirty, front counter, floors, especially the floor near the drive thru. Very bad. My chicken barley had any breading in it, weird and lots of workers not really working? We waiting for about 15 mins in a line of about two or three in front of us, and no one was friendly either 🥺 Interesting experience!#thisisdefnotrockyschickfila
I went thru the Drive Thru. My food was Cold, it wasn't what I ordered. They didnt give me my drink. I had to go inside to get it. The Team Leader/Manager Tanner was the RUDEST! He was VERY Unprofessional! I will not be back to this Chick fil A. Hopefully the Young Manager Tanner doesn't treat the Elderly Folks ,like he treated me!
Customer Service was the worst. I have had better treatment by other establishments for less frustration. I was passed by at least 4 customers BEHIND me in line since the staff started taking order at the end of the line. No real concern or effort to remedy the unacceptable customer service.
The best salads. Fresh and more Fresh.
The employees go above and beyond to make it a very positive experience! We love our friends at The Villages Chick-fil-a!
