very professional staff
Typically we love Chick-fil-A, and we go there on a fairly regular basis. I have been looking forward to cow appreciation Day since last year, and I even purchased a specific cow shirt for it. We decided to go through the drive-thru because we knew it would be crowded. There were four of us in the car- my husband, two teenage boys, and myself. Tonight was interesting won't get into but it was a weird experience to say the least but, Mia came out, I explained the issues and she was very apologetic. Shortly after I believe it was the manager on duty, Katie, came out and apologized again for the issue that arose even though it really wasnt a big deal. Love this store the people are great and take even small issue very serious and fix it promptly.
