Moore Road Chick-Fil-A is literally the best CFA I have ever visited in the entire country! They are consistently quick, accurate and friendly. When you see a line wrapped around the store there is no need to hesitate. Service will always be quick and delivered with "it's my pleasure." Every time we go to another location my kids will say "this isn't Moore Road." In addition to the service, this location is such an incredible contributor and supporter to the surrounding community.
I visit your store at least two times each week....tonight, I sat at the window waiting on my food for fifteen minutes. While I sat at the window staring at the staff, not once was I offered an explanation or given an apology. When the girl at the window finally had my order ready, it was thrown at me- again without an apology or a thank you for being patient and for my business. Very dissapointed- you guys usually do a great job at this location.....
Food is great! Our favorite (and only) quick-serve restaurant! Better service than almost any fine dining restaurant ! Thanks for all you do for the community and customers!
One of the best Chick-Fil-A's ive been too. Ive been to many different locations, even out of state and I would have to say this is the best one yet. The only location I will go too. Great people, service and such a great environment!
