Every time I come to this restaurant they mess up my order. Even the managers that I've dealt with have not been nice about it either, unapologetic. It takes forever waiting in line. Terrible chickfila...and chickfila should be the best! Also....running out of fries?! Wth? Yay I waited in line 30 minutes to be told you are out of fries. I would strongly encourage management and owner to work on both customer service as well as accuracy with orders/ordering. Thanks.

Amanda, We apologize for the mishaps in your previous experiences with us. Also, it is not up to par for our managers or anyone on the staff to be rude to customers and that has been noted. When you mention us running out of fries, it is a nightmare for any customer as well as ourselves; however, every Chick-fil-A in Wilmington was out of fries due to the truck not arriving on time. I'll start of by saying that I love Chick-Fil-A. However, this is by far the SLOWEST one I have ever been to. Other locations I usually pull up to the window and they have my food ready. This one I always have to sit and wait. This was not a one time occurrence. I noticed it right away when I moved to the area. I don't know what the problem is but it's very frustrating. Just make sure you aren't in a hurry when you go to this location.
Well I already said it but no chicken sandwich in the bag. Also the lemonade tastes like sugar water and both my husband and I had the tiniest piece of chicken on our sandwiches.... Could not be more disappointed. Mayfaire blows this one outta the water. I go there at least twice a month and have never had a complaint! Actually I've never posted a bad review anywhere til now... So this is not some person just wanting to complain! Step your game up market Street!
Nancy is very slow and is more concerned with refilling people's drinks than taking the orders of customers that have been standing in long lines waiting to order. Totally ridiculous! Will never come back.
