Good people. Witnessed the customer in the drive thru get to the window & realize they forgot their wallet, so they pulled away. Staff member walked their order all the way to the intersection at Penn Ave. to avoid them having to come back.
Thank you, Penn & Memorial Chickfila drive-thru window workers, for not realizing I could still hear you with the window open and telling each other: 1. Danni would be a terrible name to have 2. Friendly clean place to eat. All of the crew members are always nice and friendly never have any problems with my order. I love earning rewards on the app also love how I can pay through the app for fast service. Ray and his team are the best keep up the hard work.
I am amazed by the management of this place! It is EXTREMELY busy here today, even with a team of about 30 special Olympic coaches, people are everywhere, the drive thru wraps ALL the way around the building, and yet everyone is served quickly (and graciously), there isn't a single dirty table, and the food is hot and delicious! Kudos Chick-fil-A!!
So thankful for this wonderful staff for saving my purse when I left it there accidentally. You guys are wonderful!!
