Always a pleasant experience. Great food and very helpful staff.
We love the food at Chick-fil-A but this review is about the customer service. We had a problem with a promotion and were disappointed about it. After speaking with one of the managers, she directed us to a district manager. Our problem was very quickly solved to our satisfaction. Both managers were friendly and professional. We appreciate them.
