Elijah (an employee)was standing in the middle of the road talking to his coworker when I pulled in. He just stood there and didn’t move until I had to get really close to him to move. Even his coworker was looking at me and him like, he should get out of the way, there’s a customer. I told him I had to get to work so I was in a hurry and he proceeded to talk slower, gave me an attitude, and insulted me backhandedly. Please do better in your customer service department.
Verdict: This Chick-fil-A location staff has never let us down! In fact, in addition to always getting our order right, once I sat in curbside waiting for my order for 6-10 minutes, and a manager came to me, apologized for the delay and gave me 3 gift cards! We tried the waffle chicken sandwich & I got a dragonfruit lemonade. Fire! Everything was delicious.
