Instead of eating inside we waited in-line which was supposed to be fast but the person ahead of us kept getting more things we got our order right away and had to wait on them yuck
University & Highlands Ranch Pkwy A Saturday night. 8:00 pm. Not busy! Tables and Floor dirty! Employees standing around. Loud horse play.🤬 I eat at Chick-fil-A at least three times a week. I have been eating at Chick-fil-A for over three years. I have never had a bad experience before tonight. Nuggets and Fries were cold. Starting to rain. Air Conditioner running non stop. Super cold in the restaurant. Asked if they could turn the air off. They said they have no control over the temperature!🙄🥶
