Amazing location, the staff are amazing!
I completely understand that mistakes happen, but the way a business handles them says everything about their customer service. I was given the wrong change after paying with a $50 bill and ended up being almost $30 short. After providing my receipt and asking management to verify the register report, they confirmed I was right and that the drawer was over. Not once did I receive an apology.
