I went through the drive-through quickly, but my order was wrong.
I am not usually one to leave reviews, but I think this is my first bad experience at a CFA. We went through the drive thru and the lady taking our order was very snippy and kept saying “what else” in an annoyed voice. When we finally got our food (after waiting the longest I ever have in a CFA drive thru with only 2 cars in front of us), we drove off only to realize that they gave us a sandwich instead of nuggets. This location gets your food wrong 80% of the time. It’s actually impressive how inaccurate they are. And the workers are rude when you bring it up
Food was great. Thanks to the Supervisor Luis in charge. He made my dinner extra special. He's always nice and friendly
The manager is very personable and courteous. Employees are very helpful and provide excellent service. We were helped by Martin today working the cashier and he was very kind to us and treated us as valued customers. For fast food that says a lot! I’m happy with the value that this chick fil a provides me and my family. Thank you !
