Their first plus is the polite people and service, Good Job on this training which is really rare find in Canada these days. The food is delicious but not enough to fill me up , the courses are small. usually I buy for my kid. but again nice service is the remarkable in all Chick fillas stores all overt the place, other branches too. I hope they keep it up and not get careless like other brands.

I love Chick-fil-A and have been to multiple locations without ever having issues, which is why this experience was so disappointing. I came in with my family and the service was honestly terrible. Our server seemed completely careless and inattentive. Several of our food modifications were wrong, the food came out at different times, and some items were missing entirely. We had to get up multiple times just to ask for things that should have been handled by the server, even something as simple as refills. What made it worse... read more
