I waited about 30 minutes for my order, while several people who ordered after me received their food before I did. I eventually had to go up and remind the staff about my order, and not a single apology was given or any accommodation offered for the long wait. To make matters worse, when I finally received my food, it was cold. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, especially considering how the situation was handled. Unfortunately, I don’t think I’ll be returning to this location again.
I ordered a Chick-fil-A sandwich and a spicy chicken sandwich combo. The drive-thru didn't take long. The customer service was awesome 👌 and the food tasted delicious.
