Wait 5 minutes or longer (if you don’t break down and beg) for drink refills. The trash cans are located in very poor locations (very inconvenient for elderly and families with small children to walk across the store to find a trash can.) Playplace is dirty. The staff is not overly friendly as is typically in most Chick-fil-A’s. Tables are typically crumby and dirty. 😟 Not our favorite place to visit in Danville (and we love Chick-fil-A).

I’ve always enjoyed getting my #1 meal with my chicken well done (crispy chicken). I was informed today they no longer do it. I started to just leave without ordering but the cashier let me know the food is still good. But it wasn’t. The food was barely warm and it just didn’t look good. 😩

Very disappointing service. It seems to be an understaffed location. We were waiting for refills & had workers walking right past us without saying a word. 10 minutes later we decided to service ourselves to more Tea as no one was even looking in our direction.
I was very dissapointed with Truetts luau today! we were left standing for almost an hour after being told worse case scenario it would be 15 minutes. we don't expect special treatment, if you can't serve us because of high volumn, just tell us. I felt like a fool for standing and waiting after they took our name and then didn't come by again. Why did I continue to wait and be ignored? Because I loveTruetts Luau and I was giving them the benefit of the doubt. yep they were busy, but an hour, that's crazy. Good bye Truetts!
Mobile order was WAY OFF only one item out of what I ordered was correct. Ordered a bagel asked for it to be SLIGHTLY toasted more then their normal.... received one that wasn’t toasted asked for a replacement and received one that was BURNT BLACK! Requested one in between and was told that didn’t exist. Speaking with Mgt the workers at the window were so concerned with our conversation they completely stopped what they were doing to listen and stare at us on the other side of the counter.
