we ALWAYS get our chicken sandwiches plain, no pickle, and of course there has been mix ups, but because THEY have replaced so many of our sandwiches, when THEY MESSED UP, they're no longer replacing our sandwiches, which THEY messed up on? Someone tell me how this makes sense? They can't replace 2 sandwiches, it's so messed up, why cant we get what we ordered? (Not to mention we always get no salt fries, which this time they weren't even done all the way through.) i guess you just lost our business 🤷♀️
Joplin chick fil a has it ALL FIGURED OUT!! They are outstanding!! The drive through runs like a beautiful river! The food is perfect, The employees are courteous and helpful!! LOVE chick fil a! Thank you!!

My drink has been wrong the last 4 times I’d come. I keep asking for no syrup, but I get syrup.
EVERYTIME I come here the staff is courteous, my order is correct and the wait time is nearly nonexistent. There are not any other restaurants that I have EVER been to that have met these expectations. Thank you Rick and team for a flawless experience each and every time.
The employees from management, kitchen, counter and dining room are always very polite and helpful. It is more than the Chick-fil -A way, it is the quality of every employee to assure the best dining experience across all types of restaurants!
Excellent food and service always. The others fast foods have to learn a lot from them.
As always, good food, outstanding service. The covered drive-through area should be added to every CFA store!!
