Why are your prices on a large cup of water all over the place??? My daughter has been given one for free, charged 0.99, and the yesterday charge $3.00. Get it together.
Slow, rude, illiterate, unprofessional employees. Don’t waste your time
I placed a mobile order while in the mall and the employee filled six or seven other orders before mine. My order was blinking in red on the order screen. I finally asked her what the red meant and she said "Are you Wendy?" I said yes and she FINALLY bagged by order which had been on the order stand the entire time I was standing there. She never smiled or said her pleasure. I have never received such poor service at a Chic Fil A.
worst customer service ever! young kids that work there have no manners especially the mid day crew! one girl walked off and made someone take my order while she stood at the door. today I had one roll their eyes at me when I asked for condiments and she was so mad that she dropped my bottle water.
My son and I went on Cow Day, because this CFA is in the mall it was not near as crowded as the other stores, which was great! Everyone was so polite and I got my food really fast. We love Chick-fil-a!
I don't visit often because the prices are obscene....this visit reminded me why I stay away. The fried tasted old and the nuggets were dry and shriveled up. The service was horrible.
Worst possible service I have ever experienced. We wanted to purchase a nugget trey because we have 6 kids and it's cheaper for us to buy a trey. Well, they told us we couldn't do that because we would have to wait for a whole new batch of nuggets to be breaded and made. We do this on a regular basis at other Chick-fil-As across the area. So because we were not able to get this , we were going to spend the extra money and buy 5 -12 nugget combos instead.
