Recently I came in with my Fire dept crew and a lady unsure of her name or rank that works at Chick fil a stopped me and said a young lady there was having a mental or medical episode. I handled the situation but not without the amazing support compassion and care from The Employees at Chick fil a. I offered to buy the lady some food and Management said absolutely not we will take care of it and your food as well. I was amazed. Compassion and Care go along way. God Bless Them and Chick fil a.
Lead seems to bully and talk down to the workers. Made the atmosphere very uncomfortable. Wouldn't return to this location. I had to apologize to the worker on behalf of the lead and myself for making the interaction awkward
