The customer service i was given by the “General Manager” was horrible. If you have a issue with your food forget it. 3rd encounter with this lady and all 3 times she basically called me a liar and embarrassed me in front of a store full of people with the receipt in hand. There are some very pleasant employees and shift leads there but i will never eat there again.
i was there last weekend I ordered my meal and a coffee, the lady that works there went out of her way to bring me fresh coffee! so many times the feedback is negative so I'd like to post something positive! The staff at Chick-fil-A went above and out of their way to make sure I was a satisfied customer! I recommend this establishment to everyone
First time there and it won’t be our last. Everything was outstanding!!
