My son and I go there for the kids club and he loves it. The staff is always extremely friendly. I have never met a rude employee, wish I could say the same about other places we have been. It's always a pleasant experience.
I went there with a seeing eye dog. Was asked for paperwork which i gave them. I was then told he still was not allowed there. I told them 3 times that was against the law. I am thinking about sending them information to let them know exactly how illegal it is for them to deny me service with a guide dog!
