After 3 times of them getting my order wrong , I would not recommend this location to anyone. Sorry only gets you so far when people are on a time limit for lunch

RecommendedSuper easy to order exactly what I wanted on the App. They don’t prepare your order until you arrive and let them know you are there (via the App). Food was brought out quickly...hot and delicious! There’s just something about getting Chick-fil-A at the mall...I’m old enough to remember when the mall was the ONLY place you could get Chick-fil-A!
This is my favorite local fast food restaurant but y’all need to be wearing gloves, wiping down cards etc. There were 4 outside people and every one of you got 2ft from my face! It was distressing given the situation at hand.

We brought a bus load of students to the Parkway Place food court at lunch time. I was worried. There were 3 other buses there, but the line at Chick-fil-A went so fast. The orders were correct. The staff was so friendly. We were very impressed! And the curbside option is a lifesaver on busy days. Thankful for the wonderful service at this location!
