The App is a hit or miss, cant get delivery.. If you cant get an app right, can we trust you with our food?
Such a disappointing lack of customer service. They had the opportunity to fix an issue but instead told me my only option was to call Chick-fil-A cares. I’m used to incredible customer service from this chain, not a complete lack of ownership and service. I’ll never eat at this location again.
