I am sorry for you bad experience on the phone with a lady that may have hollered at you . But she had dementia and bad hearing . she was my mother and I loved he. she tried her best right till the end . She passed away in January 2025. . Now you have me . I will try my best. Thank you

I am new to area and wanted to use a local person rather than go online. Bob was very helpful, knew his product and gave me a great price. I left a deposit and as promised, a couple weeks later got an email that my hats were ready. They came out awesome!
