I visited this place today and my experience is beyond my expectations. Dr. Hussain, Jason and Chelsea are super professionals and friendly. They took their time to answer my questions. I Definitely recommend this place and I am so glad to meet them. I cannot wait to have my first prescription eye glasses. Thank you all for excellent service!
I’m sharing this review to provide honest feedback, not to be confrontational. I initially chose this store because of its professional service and followed the staff’s recommendation to pair my frame with their in-house lenses. I do have good insurance coverage, and in hindsight the pricing felt noticeably higher than expected, but I trusted their expertise and proceeded.
