I recently hired Chicas Painting to paint my condo in downtown Wilmington prior to sale. I was THRILLED with the work they did. The price was extremely fair and they went so far above and beyond what they had originally agreed to do for the price. They addressed nail pops and other blemishes at no additional cost. They painted behind all of the appliances and left the place in immaculate condition.
