Jen Nagel has always been quick to respond to any issues I've had with our unit at Diamond Head and we extremely pleased with Jen's helpfulness. Her written communication skills are excellent (clear and friendly). In my experience, she's one of the best reps yet that has worked at NPMG.
I have lived in Diamond Head for almost 20 years. NPMG has always been great to deal with. They have always been eager to address whatever concern I have had and I'm very thankful for Andrew, Rafaela and the staff. They are truly looking out for our community. We are in the process of getting much needed new roofs now. I have had two leaks since I've lived here.
