I am extremely disappointed with the plumbing service provided. The issue was not properly diagnosed, and I had to call another professional to fix the same problem again.
The service technician did not follow proper safety protocols during the repair.
Edwin is the best. He’s always kind, patient, and explains things clearly without rushing. He fits me into his schedule when I’m in a bind and fixes the problem right the first time. Most recently, he came through FAST for a clogged toilet when I really needed help. Reliable, honest, and efficient—I wouldn’t call anyone else.
