I contacted Chicagoland Quality Plumbing (“CQP”) regarding a clog in the drain for my double-sinks in the kitchen of our condo unit. CQP plumber, Edwin Flores, provided me a reasonable, competitive quote for the job. With excellent communication skills, CQP completed the job the same day even though complications arose with respect to the condo building having multiple catch basins. I recently had both my water heater and sump pump replaced, and Edwin made the whole process easy. He responded quickly, took the time to answer all my questions, and made sure everything was done correctly. He also cleaned up thoroughly afterward, which I really appreciated. On top of that, he’s just genuinely pleasant to work with. Highly recommend.
