Actually zero stars, but that is not an option unfortunately. I see mixed reviews about Chicagoland Leasing and I am actually shocked. I had been using this rental company for many years and up until the past 2-3 years it turned to crap! I recently terminated my rental agreement with this company due to the lack of rent payments and communications. On a few occasions, I went 2-3 months with no rent payments. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!! If I could give them zero stars, I would. They are completely unresponsive to tenants and will keep money that should be yours if you let them. I was a tenant in one of the properties. I was quiet, I rarely ever complained, I paid my rent on time every single month. Then when it was time to move out of my apartment, I found someone to move in to take over for the last month of my lease.
