Lousy customer service - very slow to act on or acknowledge requests for repairs. Not interested serving the homeowners, but will do cartwheels for the Association.
I have been associated with Baum for 8 years. During that period I have found Loree King to be a valued partner & vital asset. Loree is the keystone to our association successes. She is a strong leader who understands board boundaries & business needs. I look forward to maintaining our continued business relationship. Accounting practices are well established & provide timely accounting data.
As president of the Heatherstone H.O.A. I cannot express how much I appreciate Baum Property Management, especially David Worley. Baum has been our management company since June 2012 and have had no major issues with management. We have monthly Inspections taking place with reports being sent out right after the inspections. Board packets are completed with all the information we need to run a board meeting along with legal updates and property financial statements. I live in a condo association in Aurora that has been managed by Baum for over 10 years, and I have lived there as a renter for over 3. I have never had any issue with my manager or Baum Property Management as a whole. What some people fail to realize is that an association's Board makes a lot of the decisions on the property and vendors which Baum helps hire, but does not own or operate do work on the property. Like I said, I have had nothing but a pleasant experience.
