I'm very pleased with the way my hearing test was done. Also Randall was a very nice gentleman. I was able to understand what he was saying, & he answered all my questions to my liking.

Location a little difficult to done calling phone numbers for help was useless as no one answered the phones. When arrived on the second floor I did inquire if I was in the correct place. Aft we a few minutes waiting I was greatest by Randall . I was a little surprised with taking the heating greats in an open room instead of a quiet room where I have always been tested thought the years when I commented that it sounded I was informed n. that was traffics noise. Getting my hearing aids through my insurance network provider Chicagoland hearing. I have moderate hearing loss because of aging. Got a pair of Phonak aids and it really improved my daily dealings greatly, especially when traveling. The service was very professional and satisfactory. The only shortcoming was hard to make appointments and took long time to get a slot.
This is a very professional Organization which will take time with you and make sure all your questions are answered and you are comfortable with your hearing aides.
