Randall is extremely intelligent, knowledgeable, and very professional at what he does. He explained things very well in order for me to understand.
I was surprised at the audible place where the exam was prepared. Also, I guess I was expecting an audiologist for the evaluation. We did not test the threshold which Randall said was not necessary. I had a really rough experience finding the place of service.
Well explained functioning of hearing aids. Not rushed at all. So far very well pleased with product.
The staff did a good job of testing. But the billing Made it really difficult. To find his office
Randall the hearing test specialist was knowledgeable and caring. At times, he made small jokes which eased the tension and worry about test results. He did not upsell hearing aid options, he talked about my work and social environment to allow me to determine what is best. I highly recommend this organization to those looking for a hearing test and needing to contemplate the use of hearing aids.
