Dr. Thorne did a thorough assessment and then was able to explain my hearing loss in terms. I had not heard in the past giving me a much fuller understanding. She recommended the perfect pair of hearing aids for me and I had them in under a week. She and Laura are amazing to work with!
As soon as I put the hearing aids in. I could hear much much better. Mr. Ben did a Great job explaining everything to me. I am so very happy that I could hear better. The ones he chose for me are working very well. Thank you.

I feel fortunate going with Chicagoland Hearing for my mom's hearing aides. My mom is 93 and has severe dementia. The care, compassion, professional testing and approach with which Sheri treated my mom was nothing short of touching. Sheri's determination and skill at diagnosing my mom's needs resulted in my mom being able to hear remarkably better. I feel the absolute best outcome possible was achieved in spite of my mom's physical and mental challenges and for that my mom and I are most grateful.
