My hearing experience with Chicago land centers has been nothing but impeccable. We all hate the fact that we may need a device but once you take that step you wished you had done it years before. After evaluating my hearing loss they patiently answered every question I had. And that they would be practically invisible. Not one person has ever noticed them. Do Not purchase a hearing device from this company. The owner is only interested in making as much money off his clients & Nothing else. He doesn’t have any clue how to deal with senior citizens. I purchased a device from him & unfortunately didn’t read the fine print, so buyer beware of him. Will get another hearing aid from Hearing Lab. Reported Chicago land Charlatan to BBB & Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois.
I have had my hearing aids for about 5 years. Have not had any problems with them. All I have to do if they need to be cleaned or adjusting, allI have to do is call or go in person. I would recommend Chicagoland Hearing to everyone. They are so friendly and knowledgeable. Benjamin's has taken good car of me. So if any of my Facebook friends need to have a hearing exam, i recommend Chicago Hearing to anyone. A satisfied customer. Charles
