Sheryl McCoy helped my husband restore his hearing aids after they had been adjusted improperly. She conducted sensitive, expert, and kindly interviews, taking the time she needed to make sure we understood what she had done. She gave a realistic appraisal of his hearing capabilities and liminations. And, she helped! A lot.
I trust Dr McCoy completely. She’s knowledgeable, professional and kind. I’m not crazy about TruHearing, the company she works for and that I have to use according to my Humana Advantage HMO health insurance. I think I lucked out.
