Richard Herstowski was so helpful when my my hearing aid for my right ear stopped working. He exudes trustworthiness and helpfulness in a very low-key, nonintrusive way.
This is my second set of hearing Aids for myself and my wife mediated by Chicagoland Hearing. All 4-5 of my visits to them happened during the covid experience. Everyone handled themselves with care, concern and precision. The main office was always responsive to our appointment needs.
