I’d give them less than 1 start if I could! VETERANS BEWARE!!! I’m a disabled veteran and I found this provider through the VA Community Care Network. They did not follow the proper protocols and failed to get the required approval before rendering services. After the VA denied the entire claim they sent me the bill and said I was responsible for the $1200 balance, despite it being in their VA contract that they cannot charge veterans for service that aren’t covered. Very personable and professional.
Excellent care. Everyone is very professional and helpful in providing the care I needed. Dr.Graves is fantastic. I went from constant foot pain to walking as normal in a very short period of time. His diagnosis and treatment was spot on.
I would recommend Dr. Graves to anyone needing foot/ankle care. His bedside manner is fantastic. He is thorough and explained things so that I understood what my plan of care would be. A big thank you to Dr. Graves and his lovely office staff.
