Had the pleasure of speaking with Sal yesterday and he was great. He took the time to hear my interests and made some recommendations on some different sausages which were ALL DELICIOUS! I also took home some shish kabobs, both beef and chicken which were very good. I noticed the Focaccia bread which I've never had before and asked about it which Sal explained and it sounded good so I bought one as-well. Highest quality Meats in the area. We have been totally satisfied with the Porterhouse and other cuts we shop for. A true old-school butcher shop.
