Unethical Creepy Dentist Dr. Crane was a horrible individual. He took a simple job and left me in pain that was beyond belief. On the second visit he found the missed canal and re-cleaned it, another excruiating procedure. He said,'no big deal this type of thing happens a lot'. He swears a lot to his staff. Lots of pain I had the same experience as the reviewer above. The first visit went well. He thought he had taken out all of the nerves so the next visit shouldn't have needed any numbing since the tooth should have been dead. Sure enough, there was a nerve still left and just by touching it made me jump out of my seat and start screaming. He did numb the nerve to take it out after that. After he finished, I asked him what happened and he said "what do you mean what happened? I found another nerve." Like it was no big deal. N... read more
Creepy and Scary. Painful Experience I went to this endodontist when my insurance changed and I needed another root canal. My dentist had never used him before and after my review of him today says he will never send anyone to him again. During the first visit he was overly familiar which made me uncomfortable. I had to return for a 2nd visit and he caused me a lot of pain--he didn't use any novacaine or gas during the second half of my root canal. I even cried during the procedure.
