Terrible. Was referred here by our pediatrician for our 9 month old. We came here because this is a pediatric facility and were told that they are better served to take blood draws for infants. There were 2 different young ladies that tried to draw blood 3 times on my daughter and were not able to do it. There was nothing pediatric about how they handled her. They didn't even bandage the wound right - I got blood on my shirt from holding my daughter. They didn't make it a pleasant experience with their dry, indifferent perso... read more
the workers are incompetent, doctors can leave at any time, in my case the doctor left when I had an appointment, I will never in my life contact this organization and I do not advise anyone! I advise the managers to fire everyone and make a new selection of personnel!
The rudest most unprofessional staff imaginable. When you have a sick child, you expect caring professional staff. Tabitha was ridiculously rude and unprofessional as is Sierra. Go elsewhere.
My experience was a great because of the wonderful lady Destynee Walker at the lab, she was so gentle with my baby and also empathetic to me as the parent. She even ran after me to the parking lot to give my son a toy. I am so grateful to you, you have no idea what that kind of kindness does to someone. Bless you Destynee.
The doctors and nurses were AMAZING here. I've been shouting good things about this place since I took our daughter there. For five years she's had a breathing issue that many other doctors refused to listen to us about. One at this facility FINALLY did and gave us some answers. I would leave her 10 stars if I could. HOWEVER, as many others have said, the front desk person that worked on the evening of 12/20/24 was RUDE and unhelpful. My daughter threw up in the car on the way there.
