Thanks to Steve and his staff, I was able to get my Grandmother’s very delicate lace dress completely restored from stiff crumbled yellow back to its original beauty. This allowed me to wear it for my daddy daughter dance at my wedding and preserve it for years to come! Came in yesterday, stranded in Cicago in the bitter cold. There were 8 of us literally freezing. The angel behind the counter was so nice and gave us shelter until we could secure a ride. Thank you dear lady! Jay, from San Antonio.
She shines like new! It was wonderful working with Steve and team on my dress and veil preservation. They sent pictures to ensure I liked the cleaning before preserving it and the pickup/drop-off service was a wonderful additional convenience.

Steve was wonderful to work with! Not only did he offer the most competitive pricing for wedding dress & veil cleaning and preservation in the area (and I called a LOT of different cleaners), but he was very kind and easy to communicate with, picked up and delivered my dress to Chicago, did a beautiful job cleaning it (we had an outdoor wedding so the bottom was pretty dirty but it looks brand new again), kept me updated and shared pictures of the finished product so I wouldn't have to unbox it to see for myself.
