I got married almost two years ago and had been putting off having my gown not only cleaned, but preserved. I had every intention of having this done, but the companies that sounded promising were a bit of a far drive. I eventually found Chicago Wedding Dress Cleaners and I loved the fact that they pick up AND deliver your wedding dress! I talked to Steve over the phone and he reassured me and explained the process. It was so easy and well worth it. Highly recommend!
Service exactly as advertised! The gown was picked up from my house when we discussed. It was completed when promised and delivered on time. The box and display are wonderful! I would highly recommend this service!!
I was a little skeptical at first but the whole process was very smooth and so easy. My wedding dress was also extremely dirty and they did such a great job making it look good as new.
This entire process was easy and stress free. Shortly after my wedding Steve picked up my gown and veil. I appreciated the frequent updates and pictures for approval. The timeline set forth was adhered to and my gown and veil were delivered back to my home. This was so convenient.
