I recently had my dress cleaned and preserved by Chicago Wedding Dress Cleaners and had a great experience. Pick up and drop off were part of the package, which made finding time to get this task done super easy. Steve was in touch with pictures and updates via text and the whole process took about a month. It’s stressful to send your dress away, so I hope this review makes you feel more at ease to use this service!
Got my dress cleaned here 2 years after my reception and they got it looking pristine again! Very helpful, communicative, and nice people. The pick-up/drop-off at my home was the best.
Steve is super nice & was very accommodating & quick to respond. He walked me thru the process. He picked up/dropped off my dress too which was so nice and the whole process was easy, and my dress didn’t take long to get back either. They did a fantastic job cleaning my dress! I’m very happy with my experience. I recommend Steve to anyone.
