I regret doing business with Chicago Water & Fire Restoration (CWAFR). CWAFR was contacted to fix water damage at my property. The ordeal has been very stressful for my family and me during the Thanksgiving holiday going into Christmas. I believed in good faith that CWAFR would help me resolve the water damage on my property, but CWAFR has added more stress to my family. I had called upon this company before to come out and assess if I had water damage. In those instances, I elected to not use anyone's services and the damage was not enough. The last time I called, the agent who came out was so pushy about me having the work done and done fast that he stayed in my house until I made an insurance claim. All the damage was not visible in my home, and the only proof was their scanner to show water damage.
